About Us
The Stark County Housing Authority administers the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher
Program for Stark, McKenzie and Dunn Counties.
Using this program allows you to move into a
rental unit that is
owned by a private landlord. Your rent is based upon 30% of your
adjusted
monthly income.
