Heritage Hills

Heritage Hills is designed for those 55 years of age or better and is now open in southwest Dickinson. There were two phases of construction that are now complete, for a total of 84 units.

Units include appliances, air conditioning and in-unit laundry hook-ups. They also have spacious kitchens, large bathrooms, carpeted bedroom and living room, and generous closet and storage space. The building features a large, open entry and lobby, controlled access entry system, trash chutes on upper floors and an outdoor patio with gas grill. Wheelchair accessible apartments are available.

On-site building amenities include a large community room with a kitchen, billiard room, library, computer room, salon, tub room and fitness room.

In partnership with local service providers, the senior-friendly development will offer on-site meals, transportation and aging services. Income limits apply and rental assistance may be available.
